Head - Sales & Marketing - Auto Industry (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a team of high performance sales team

- Meet core business objectives like revenues, new accounts, upsell / cross sell, adoption

- Build and large opportunity sales pipeline , funnel management and revenue projections

- Own the sales budget and drive reductions in CAC through innovative biz models

- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing clients

- Create an enthusiastic and successful sales environment

- Drive expansion into new markets

- Contribute & drive a scalable growth model

Requirement:

1. Bachelors from Electronics background from a Tier 1 college

2. MBA from a reputed college will be advantageous.

3. 8- 12 yrs exp in B2B technical solution sales to Auto/ EV/Battery OE and associated areas

4. Track record of achieving sales targets

5. Should be a great communicator and collaborator
