Principal Accountability:
- API sales and marketing.
- Key customer management, strategy planning for the CSBU.
- Coach and lead the marketing team and ensure the Annual sales Budget of the CSBU is achieved.
- P&L responsibility
- Understand, analyze and keep track of the key market trends of various geographies and device business strategy.
- Plan and execute new marketing initiatives to increase the profitability of the CSBU.
- Provide leadership to the team and aid them in effective customer management.
- Build and present business cases to senior management for the CSBU.
- Accountable for the revenue growth for the CSBU.
- Accountable for the forecasting and budgeting, establishing annual revenue targets for CSBU
- Goal setting and performance Appraisal of the CSBU Sales &Marketing team.
- Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management
