- Drive Sales through coordination with channel partners.
- Sales of High End Luxury Residential Projects and coordinating with the buyers pre and post sales
- Negotiating Deals for company's Premium and high-end Residential & converting them into sales/tenants.
- Handling team and motivating team members to perform better
- Time to Time coaching of the team members on technicalities of Real estate selling and Negotiations
- Maintaining close relationships with the HNIs, prospects and buyers/tenants, pre and post sale to enhance customer satisfaction, which in turn generates repeat sales.
- Helping buyers to coordinate with banks for faster approval of loans.
- Handling a team and planning and organizing, for sales and sales related activities.
- Tie ups with leading property consultants and maintaining relations with them.
