Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading a successful sales team in the North America region
- Successfully hire, train and manage the growing sales team in the region
- Manage revenue, sales targets and other KPIs for the region working closely with Chief Commercial Officer
- Define key sales & marketing strategies for the region, budgets required to deliver, and drive successful execution to achieve results
- Will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and mentoring Sales Exec's activities, building a viable sales pipeline, coaching Sales Execs on pursuits and ultimately achieving the team targets for business development and sales
- Will be responsible for a consistent growth in sales performance of the Team year on year
- Own the inbound and outbound sales process in the region: Lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
- Personally take the lead on larger sales opportunities in the region
- Maintain regular communication cadence with the global/regional sales organization to communicate best practices and share learning
- Work closely with the sales and revenue operations (PMO) to constantly analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and programs
- Responsible for sales processes and data management to achieve team goals (e.g. CRM)
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (physical product/construction, and especially legal)
- Will leverage and collaborate with the ignio pre-sales and professional services team in sales pursuits
- Will collaborate with other horizontal service delivery groups and other support functions within Organization to maximize team productivity
- Will be responsible for creating a name recognition in the software Market
- Will be responsible for promoting Organization as a compelling and viable alternative to established vendors in the ITOM software market
Qualifications :
- Seeking an Executive in 10 + years of experience in Sales Management with strong relationships in in the market selling & managing ITOM Products directly to large enterprises.
- College Degree, MBA preferred.
- Should have managed a similar sized team previously with a reputed IT Software selling similar Products and solutions to the Industry in the United States
- Experience working in early stage company environments
- Highly adaptable and excited to operate in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong presentation, meeting management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly collaborative with strong people skills. Should be a good listener with ability to build relationships quickly with all stakeholders. Should be deal oriented, detail oriented and driven.
- Willingness to travel and spend considerable time in the field to understand business, interact with clients and teammates.
- Should be able to demonstrate consistently good performance in meeting or exceeding targets
- Should have a pre-existing network of contacts and relationships within the industry that he/she can bring to Organization team
- Should have experience in establishing and working with Channel Partners and an ecosystem of partners to enhance Organization' ability to win business
- Experience in working with teams remotely is preferred (in different parts of the world) channelizing efforts towards focused sales pursuits
