- Speciality Staffing business includes IT Staffing / Engineering Staffing and Gig work
- Identification, analysis and study of relevant industries and sectors through research in terms of business potential
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions
- Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments
- Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share
Required Skills :
- At least 9-15 years of relevant experience in Staffing only
- Result oriented with ability to drive consistent business performance.
- Ability to establish, build and maintain C Suite level relationships
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
