Our client is one of the largest player in the Application QA and testing services with presence across the globe. The company is also developing exciting product offerings for the markets with focus on cloud.
 
Job Description: 

1) Customer Acquisition

- New Logo Hunting: Develop detailed GTM to identify & engage with target accounts & key segments

- Execution Effectiveness: Play principle role in account management to ensure relationship & business volume

2) KPI

- Brand Building: Build high brand awareness as a new market entrant

- Company Positioning: Ensure company's image is established as a strategic partner

- Deal Positioning

3) Sales Leadership

- Lead the sales recruitment drive for creating sales capacity for optimum market coverage

- Assign roles & customer segments to each team member

- Provide training and adequate guidance

Profile: 

- 12 - 15 years of IT Services/solution selling experience

- Managed high performing sales team

- Catered to large enterprises

- Having knowledge of market and customer network

- Experience of selling to BFSI clients preferred
