Our client is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in web, mobile and technology services Key Responsibilities: - Devise and execute a business plan to drive revenue and cultivate key strategic customer relationships for US. - Leads the entire sales cycle from initial prospect communications through contract execution through a performing team. - Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline. - Maintain an active funnel in the CRM and ensure high % of conversions from identified opportunities - Build and manage a team of inside sales reps who assist in appointment setup, account follow-ups and support sales efforts. - Quickly adapt and stay up to date with domain knowledge, market trends, and evolving needs of prospects - Report on sales activity progress against targets, revenue forecasts and life time value of customers. - Work with service delivery teams to ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the engagement. - Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings - Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improve sales tools What Are Key Requirements? Apart from having proven experience in above areas the successful candidate will be: - Energetic, persuasive and well organized and a stellar seller. - Competitive and motivated business development executive with 15+ years of total business development experience and at least 5 years of experience selling to SMEs / fast growing companies with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. - Good understanding of the IT services/software development industry and experience of selling professional services to C level executives. - Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage client relationships. - Experience preparing and presenting winning proposals. - Last but not least - must have hunger and immense drive for success. - Will manage a team of 10-12 people, and will be responsible for the North America geography. Will manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities. - Will work US shifts - 5pm - 2am - Should have managed a revenue target of 2.5 million USD and must have achieved/ overachieved it. - Will be responsible for tapping SMB/Es
