Job Responsibilities:  - To be responsible for developing new business accounts for IT services as provided by the company through Key partners.   - To develop new large opportunities thru key partners further, qualify, negotiate, and close business accounts.   - Enhance relationships via continuous touch with cross functional teams in partner organization including the C- Level.  - Enable Key Partners via training programs, continuous communications, promotions and demand generation programs that are aligned with marketing initiatives.  - Facilitate margin setting and pricing to motivate with Key partners   - Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with partners to ensure that all goals are met and define recovery actions as necessary via business plan, distribution forecast / actuals and rebates.  - Development of new Strategic Partners and driving the existing partners for new business in new territories  - Major account management  - Development and implementation of strategic plan to improve market penetration  - Overseeing sales forecast / targets, annual budgets for Key Partners /System Integrators   QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  - Graduate BE+PG education  - Min of 15 years of experience.  - Have proven track record of generating businesses in Asia pacific markets including Australia in Capital Market domain.  - Open for international travel.  - Strong relationship from ground up to C- Level.   - Strategic thinker and yet also hands-on  - Good communication skills, influencer and professional  - Experience in complex negotiations and problem solving  - Results driven  - Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.  - Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.  - Good team player  - Results driven with strong follow up skills.  - Proven sales results
