We are a well funded Product Startup backed by Khosla Ventures. We're looking for sharp, energetic and detail-oriented Head of Sales who is passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. This individual will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for the entire company: building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals. This is a highly entrepreneurial position that will require you to assume a number of different roles. This individual will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation specially for few industries: building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals. 1. Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue. 2. Lead in-person client presentations to SMB Owners, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals. 3. Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs 4. Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution 5. Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR- s, Customer Success Reps, and Account Executives as the company grows 6. Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals 7. Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies. 8. Help create KPI dashboards and produce monthly insight reports for the executive team. Qualification : 1. Minimum 4-10 Years of Digital Products Sales Experience in SAAS/B2B or B2C. Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting 2. Experience managing teams as well as capable of working independently. Should be self driven. 3. Experience Building Marketing division from scratch. 4. Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients 5. Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills 6. Experience of leveraging performance marketing successfully in customer acquisition in Tier 2, Tier 3 towns is a plus 7. Excellent verbal &amp; written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
