Job Description: Prime responsibility is Revenue. - Own and drive revenues in US &amp; India enterprise market (Includes end-to-end ownership of lead generation initiatives, engagement, negotiation, closing, and post-closing participation in ongoing account management and optimization activities along with sales and customer-success management team members). - Negotiate and close innovative SaaS based rate &amp; service agreements with large customers - Develop, evolve and implement customer acquisition strategies to ensure wins in the face of product, market and competitive scenarios - Meet with prospects across the globe on a regular basis to ensure relationship development, nurturing and closures. - Who takes care of Sales, Customer Success And anything related to the customer. - Provide inputs from the marketplace and competitors to drive company and product strategy. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. - Is dynamic and enterpernual. - Can run the entire team on his own - Knows to project revenues and can plan on delivering the same. - Has worked earlier in a Software/SaaS company Additional positives: - 5 years of full-time SaaS based enterprise sales experience in Indian &amp; US market - 7 years of sales leadership experience, having managed field and inside sales force &nbsp;- Is from Ahmdebabad. Else is from smaller Cites and wants to move to Ahmd. - Reports to someone in the top SaaS companies in India and doesn't see his growth as he joined just a little late. - Values Equity and wants to work for equity. - Ready to move Ahmedabad.
