Sales Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare sales plan for peak traffic and non peak traffic
- Develop and implement sales strategy for all markets customized to the requirements of that territory
- Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
- Monitor competition
- Recommend pricing strategies for all properties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Strategize to achieve milestones & maintain market leadership
- Keep abreast on competition & adapt acquired knowledge in change management `
- Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process .
