Head - Sales - Insurance Broking Firm (7-10 yrs)
The Client :
A reputed insurance broking company with over a decade of servicing high profile corporate clients. They are setting up a new stream of business in the Life Insurance space.
The Role :
- Spearhead the company's foray into the LI business. P&L ownership for the business unit.
The Expectations from the role :
- Set up the LI vertical from Business Planning to Team Hiring / Mgmt to Operations and Claims Mgmt to Compliance etc.
- Define the sales strategy and gradually build the back-end to support the sales strategy that delivers the business unit goals
- Complete P&L ownership for the Life Insurance Vertical.
The Person for the role :
- Graduate / PG in Sales / Marketing with about 7 to 10 years experience in Life Insurance space in a Senior level.
- Good understanding of the key drivers of Life Insurance business and insurance broking space.
- He / She should have significant experience in acquisition, retention, operations & claims management of the life insurance requirements of corporate clientele
- Ability to build the business from scratch
- Good experience in managing a team of insurance professionals.
