Head of Sales- Industrial

This position is for a leading brand in Qatar.

- Only Indian can apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- To study the potential of the market in Industrial segment (i.e. Auto Garages, Engineering Industries and manufacturers for heavy duty cleaners & equipment) and enlist customer to be targeted for various product.

- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Responsible for the sales performance, growth and development key account.

- Conducts supervision, motivation, review and coaching with all Sales staff in handling & managing different kinds of customer effectively.

- Prepares Sales & Action plans, individual & Team Weekly Objective and ensure that all staff meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, demo, proposals and closes.

- Implement exercise for the Team Members especially for the newly hired and some refreshers course together with the Technical Supervisor and the rest of the involved team to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs and to provide insights for the improvement of all staff's activity and performance.

- To provide timely feedback to Senior Management regarding performance.

- To provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

- Maintains accurate record of all pricing, sales and activity report in Salesforce.

- Creates and conducts proposals & presentations in an effective manner.

- Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability to subordinates and follow-up

- Maintains contact and improve relationship responsibly with all Clients especially the top key Customers in the market area to ensure high levels of Client satisfaction.

- Mapping the potential Customer and generate leads for the Team. Responsible to generate new opportunities for the Organization.

- Handling Customer Complains and ensuring matter has been solved and closed.

- Collaborating with the stock ordering.

- Conducting training &demo (if required) to the Customer.

- Sets examples for all staff in areas of personal character, commitment organizational and selling skills, and work habits, Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team, Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company Employees.

- Secondary involvement to resolve payment issues.

- Other time to time assignments delegated by the Top Management.
