About client :

- Our client is a is a prominent Indian beauty and personal care products' company with its interests in hair care, skin care, and salon services' products and is looking to hire a Head Human Resources- Sales.


- It is a Pan India role but is based out of Mumbai and reports to the Head Human Resources

Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows :

- Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans on an annual and quarterly basis

- Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams at both on-roll and off- roll levels and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth

- Working with Sales Development Manager to identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimized

- Manage Talent Acquisition for all frontline Sales Field Force pan India

- Own and drive key talent mechanisms that impact talent including but not limited to, critical role-talent mapping, succession planning and long-range organizational planning

- Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy

As a successful candidate :

- You come with minimum 5 to 8 years of strong HR experience in the sales domain of consumer goods space

- Have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with cross functional teams

- Ready to work from office
