- Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of manpower requirement within the region in consultation with business leaders.

- Identifying & experimenting diverse recruitment sources to enhance service levels & the quality of the recruitment done.

- Involved in Junior management to Senior Management level hiring

- Responsible for entire gamut of campus recruitment activity (Pre-campus, On-Campus, Post-Campus activities)

- Identify Successor at various levels and build development intervention to groom them for future critical resource.

- Participate in identification of key employees, their development plans & retention strategies.

- Identify Attrition risk on ?Critical to business and vacancy probability frame work? and craft a suitable Mitigation Plan across the Organization.

- Employee Engagement & Relations

- Partnering with Business Manager's in crafting need based Engagement Calendar.

- Planning and executing engagement calendar within the HR Budget, ensuring high level of employee engagement

- Ability to understand and grasp the complexity of grievances related to employees and find solution within the framework, Responsible to foster healthy employee-employer relations.

- Employee connect through various HR modules like branch visits, employee meet, one-o-one sessions, skip level, town halls etc., at regular Interval.

Business Partnering:

- Involved in manpower rationalization initiatives.

- Proactively focus on partnering with business leaders to develop strategies & achieve organizational objectives.

- Anticipating human resource issues, concerns, and needs based on business strategies.

- Providing coaching/ counseling to both employees and business leaders in performance reviews, performance improvement plans,

- Collaborating with business leaders and employees to best position and align the business for growth and maximize employee engagement at all levels.

Performance Evaluation & Management :

- Performance Evaluation on monthly basis by analyzing productivity ratio's and act for performance improvement plans as per the requirement.

- Proactively involve and ensure goal setting of all employees through finalization of Goal Sheets for all functions post discussion with respective department heads. Ensure employees are well connected to their goals in organization.

HR Process & Compliance :

Ensuring HR process compliances such as:

- Onboarding & Exit on time

- Induction within TAT

- Salary Coverage Check

- Confirmations on time

- Initiating Disciplinary action including warning letter, charge sheet, show cause notice
