Head - Sales - Hospitality Firm (7-12 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for deciding sales objectives by forecasting, projecting expected sales volume and profit
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work result
- Maintains sales force by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
- Collaborating with central teams to improve sales processes around culture, discipline, incentive, leads, and closure
- Maintains sales force job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and doing performance management
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES TEAM :
- Drive Sales aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month
- Signing up travel agents across the region into the affiliate program
- Responsible to build and sustain travel agent base for distribution expansion for the region
- Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with the region
- Individually responsible to contribute towards meeting the assigned targets
- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones
- Suggest and inculcate loyalty/incentive programs & marketing activities in the region in order to ensure revenue growth
- Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive analysis
- Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with finance
