Position : Chief of Sales
Location : Pune
Experience : 12-18 years
What you will do?
- Plan and execute various sales & marketing activities for achieving targets.
- Promote services and ensure proper handling of enquiries, counselling prospective clients and converting enquiries to bookings
- Review the appointment planner for proper utilisation of infrastructure, appliances and staff
- Ensure high quality of service and ensure high satisfaction level from clients
- Strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
- Ensure proper service execution and delivery.
- Recruit and hire requisite staff and induction.
- Support any other marketing activities promoted by the marketing department at the corporate.
Ideal candidate will have :
- 12+ years of experience in the healthcare and wellness domain
- Experience in B2C sales especially premium services
- Experience in Institutional sales (for our corporate programs)
- Passionate and highly energetic about setting up a sales function from ground-up
- Knowledge of creating funnels (when there are none) to generate leads
- Needs to bring collaborators for lead generation
- Be willing to work in the trenches as well as work at a strategy level.
- Start-up experience preferred
