Job Objective:-

- Seeking a candidate who has the zeal to outperform their targets, ride on an idea and make it as big as possible, to establish his/her place in the growing Cannabis industry of India with the opportunity of being the first brains, hands & legs to create a unique something out of what otherwise seems to be of no value

- Seeking someone with a more proactive attitude rather than a reactive one along with a perfect balance between being street smart and theoretically sound

Job Description:-

- Strategy: Establish and execute a robust front-end strategy to market, sell and distribute Life products through B2C & B2B platforms to maximize consumer reach and product purchase frequency

- Sales & Growth: Spearheading sales. Prepares and executes sales strategies and sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. Conducting on-field sales to various audiences using a target-based method. Core objective is to increase customer adoption of Life health & wellness products across different relevant channels.

- POS Marketing: Prepares marketing & advertising strategies, plans, objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations for Life at various sales touchpoints

- Product Mix: Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes

- Retail Management: Manage and guide the teams at owned and partner retail outlets to maximize sales and increase brand and product reach.

- Customer Management: Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade platforms.

- Reputation Management: Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Reporting: Play a critical role in preparing management reports on multiple metrics to the business head to enhance his/her decision making. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, annual territory analysis and monthly and annual performance reports.

- Team Management: Manage, direct and guide the sales executive team/s to achieve their targets.

- Reputation Management: Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Additionally, assist consumer + relevant stakeholders in case of any grievances

- Department You will work in the Business Development & Marketing function. In this function, you will work along with the Chief Marketing Officer as your supervisor.

Education:-

UG: Any Graduate: Any Specialization

PG: Master of Business Administration: Marketing & Sales

Skills:-

- A Team Player with a pro-active and a - go-getter- attitude Coming up with pragmatic solutions with respect to the task at hand

- Demonstrable leadership skills

- Domain expertise. Specialized knowledge in creating and selling

- Negotiation & Creative Thinking

- Command over MS Office applications (such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

- Perseverance, persistence, courteous & empathetic and a drive to perform

- Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills. An eye for detail is a must

- Proactive at problem solving
