Head - Sales - Middle East and Africa (Governance, Risk& Compliance - GRC Solutions)
- One of our clients, a market leader in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) in the enterprise platform and cloud software providing solutions to enterprises across industries is looking out for Sales Head for managing the GRC business in the Middle East based at Dubai, UAE.
- The individual should be a BE/B.Tech/ MBA or equivalent with around 15-20 years of experience, of which the recent experience in the Middle East market.
- The incumbent should be very strong Sales professional, a hunter, with very good client network and should have sold GRC solutions to them in the Middle East market.
- The person should have a very strong understanding of the Middle East market, opportunities and competition market intelligence with respect to GRC vertical business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a business portfolio within assigned vertical/territory developing net new business.
- Work closely with globally distributed Marketing, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop and close business opportunities.
- Execute sales plans in the region/vertical and converge the efforts of all team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Build a trusted advisor relationship developing personal and professional networks
- Mentor and grow team members and extended teams

- Strong professional work ethic and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
