Role Summary :

- The successful candidate will be expected to implement, monitor, review the Sales force automation in the company and gradually move to forward integration of the entire sales force structure to a Business Intelligence tool.

- The candidate must have had exposure in a SAP compliant environment and should be able to evaluate the technological advancement best suited for sales force automation needs.

- The sales analytics will also be an important KRA of this job and the person should be able to flag the exceptions, do a root cause analysis and suggest corrective measures to increase effectiveness of the sales force.

Qualification : Graduate - Any Specialization (Math / Statistics Preferred), MBA in Marketing from premier B-schools

Experience :

- The Candidate should be from FMCG industry / from FMCG domain and must have an overall experience in sales & distribution for more than 6 years

Job Description :

- Lead the project for sales automation of Direct sales force

- Design the front-end and back-end interface for a differentiated customer experience

- Should have experience in Consulting

- Sales Force Automations & process engineering

- Should have experience in Sales and Distribution Processes and Systems

- The candidate should be able to understand how technology solutions are implemented and rolled out

- The candidate should have working knowledge of analytics in the sales force domain

- The candidate is willing to switch to a technology sales and consulting role leveraging the experience in FMCG Sales

- Identifying opportunities in the area of Mobile related sales force effectiveness (SFE) / Enterprise Mobility Applications

- Interacting with sales force team face to face including discussions, meetings, and presentations to Board

- Liaison with Sales & Marketing heads to understand requirements of business & in turn ensure delivery of analytical support

- Experienced in running automation projects to increase process efficiency

- Demonstrated technical leadership of technology, people and projects and exposed to technology services environment

- Should be data driven and must have a knowledge of Advance Excel
