Post Grad in Mgmt ( Marketing ) from IIM's/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR /MDI etc with 10-12 years of work exp., in an FMCG of repute.
Role Brief :
- Understands of Home Care category
- General management streak of mind, who can lead ASM's and Trade Marketing Teams in the Region, including the cross-function team.
- Comfortable taking challenging decision with minimum data points.
- Strong analytical skills
- Build long term strategy and bring in new capability
- Channel & Category Development.
- Drive & Sustain Top line growth
- Manage & Grow business through product innovation, channel / distributor management.
