Roles and Responsibilities :

- Create a business landscape for taking the S&D business to three fold in next 12-24 months

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in new geographies.

- Identifying potential challenges in such solution deployments and work towards overcoming that.

- Understand the distributor network and strategies solutions around it

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Manage sales growth with our distribution partners.

- Gather competitive intelligence, particularly on competitive products, pricing, and product performance.

- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Work Experience :

- 13+ Years of relevant experience into Business Development & sales in S&D set up/ FMCG & Telecom

- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
