Responsibilities :
- Work out the business strategy for long-term and short-term growth for the organization.
- Lead the marketing/sales and innovation functions for the products after developing a comprehensive market understanding of consumer demographics/psychographics, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, etc.
- Develop and execute appropriate sales strategy for products and through the distributive sales system and institutional sales
- Work out and deliver business plans on an annual and longer-term basis with overall responsibility for the P&L of this business
- Build an appropriate executive team to deliver the growth vision
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the channel & distribution network.
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Profitable growth for the India region.
- Delivering on the Go-To-Market strategy and on all commitments
