Head - Sales - FMCG (19-27 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop sales plans, strategies, policies, and effective implementation of the same to ensure the achievement of the sales plans targets.
2. Increase/sustain sales, market share and profitability through smooth functioning an satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors, and stockiest/super stockiest.
3. Scan & Monitoring (Market Intelligence) the market environment to understand competitors' activities, demand-supply scenarios, pricing patterns and regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
4. Recruit, Develop & Retain quality workforce in the Sales Team. Train & Motivate team members to sell more and achieve the predetermined SKU wise Targets.
5. Enhance Modern Trade and Institutional Sales through specific Initiatives/Sales Strategies and Retail strategy.
6. Stock Analysis and Depo coordination to ensure stock movement/availability and to ensure timely replenishment of SKUs in the market.
7. Regular and timely Monitoring of Salesforce to enable the Team to meet the monthly goals.
8. Establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives, including local sales promotion
activities in consultation with the marketing team, to meet sales targets.
9. Ensure Timely Receipt of Payments by managing the complete sales cycle from business
development with distributor/channel partners and customer acquisition.
