The opening is with a leading FMCG company for their office in Dubai.
Location : Dubai
General Manager - Middle East
- Managing the P & L.
- Managing the Entire P&L, Business operations, Strategic Planning.
- Heading the Sales and Marketing division internationally.
- Managing overall sales growth, with key focus on profitability.
- Build and develop an organization that can provide sustainable growth.
- Assist the marketing department in setting up the marketing
- Develop sales initiatives to achieve and exceeds target, Business planning
- Preparing annual sales estimates, Distribution, handling the cost, BTL Activities, Cost and Margins.
- To provide leadership to the sales/business development organization in order to meet or exceed sales and profit targets for the Region. Overall P&L responsibility for the region.
- Sales budget achieving sales budget for the region
- Develop and implement a long term country specific strategy for the region
MBA with post qualification of 18-20 yrs of experience. Tier 1 & 2 - B schools
