Head - Sales - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
- Formulate a strategy for the India market, that does not involve a huge level of A&P investment.
- Work on launch plans, targeting both retail and wholesale.
- Develop wholesale customers for selling excess inventory.
- Develop marketing plans for the launch into the India market.
- Working on continuous plans for the selling of - stock lots- / closeouts (essentially excess inventory).
- Build robust forecasts.
- Manage the market P&L.
