Head - Sales - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

a.The candidate would be responsible for delivering the merchant signup and activation business.

b.The candidate will be responsible for setting up the pan India sales team and channel partners for signing up merchants for various services like payment, loyalty etc.

c.The candidate would be responsible for the revenues earned through each service and at an overall level of merchant.

d.The candidate would be responsible for setting up innovative channels and sign up strategy.

e.The candidate would be responsible for the entire P&L of the merchant services business including responsibility for the expenses.

Profile of Candidate:

a.Between 10-20 years of experience.

b.Experience in a similar set up in a bank for merchant acquiring.

c.Experience of leading the sign up sales in companies in merchant business .

d.Experience of setting up distribution channels and managing them

e.Experience of P&L responsibility

f.Must have handled a team of 10-15 people.
