Head - Sales - FinTech - PAN India (6-12 yrs)
Hiring for Sales Head - PAN India with a Leading Fintech Company
Location - Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing and building the distribution channels with regular monitoring of sales and collections.
- Building a best in class team for expansion across geographies
- Planning and preparing processes for vendor on-boarding, distribution, collection and payment processes.
- Responsible for P&L of business - manage revenue, operational expenses, deliver a strong top and bottom line.
- Undertake market analysis and collect field intelligence to find high-quality prospects.
- Strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
What we are looking for:
- 6+years- work experience at leadership level in Channel sales & Distribution sales Experience in building up the distribution channel at the region/ zonal / PAN India level.
