Job Opening for Head-Business Initiatives with Fin-Tech Company based at Mumbai

- Responsible for business delivery & partnership building. To prepare over all go to Market strategy for the digital business. 

- To prepare manpower planning according to business plans. Responsible for P&L of the digital business. 

- To devise a strategy for the achievements of targets. 

- Responsible for recruitment, training, and mentoring of Senior Sales managers, Post login Managers, Post approval managers, Outbound team leaders and Telesales executives. 

- Responsible for smooth functioning of all the departments to get maximum efficiency. Regular interaction with Credit and Collections to ensure portfolio health. Periodic meetings with partnerships to build a business.

Requirement

15-20 YEARS of total experience in retail lending business, preferably digital/ unsecured lending out of which he/she should be in a regional or a zonal role for the last 3-5 years
