We have this exciting & urgent job opportunity with a growing Fin-Tech organisation based in Mumbai for role of Sales head. Please note that we are looking person from Bajaj or Home Credit only for this role.

Position: Sales Head

Experience required - 12 to 18 + years

Experience required strictly from Bajaj or can consider from home credit.

Location - Mumbai

Job Role:

- We are looking for experienced with Retail-Consumer Finance Expert/assignments in Sales- Credit-Collections / Sales and Distribution / E commerce & other partnership Alliance for Unsecured personal and consumption Loans.

- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end Sales & Distribution, Partnerships, Competent, diligent and detail-oriented specialist in Digital and Non-Digital Consumer Lending.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic alliance with potential channel partners and eCommerce companies to create online lending module at point of sale.

- Development / acquisition / management of offline merchant segment for loan origination

- Core team member to Develop and Launch the consumer durable business based on online decision platform.

- Merit of managing diverse roles like Relationship Management, Channel Alliance and Technology based Lending Modules.

- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.

- Responsible for driving end to end relationship and business opportunities from the channel partner leading to revenue and profit growth.

- Strategize the Product, Manpower, Distribution mix to achieve business volumes to achieve business volume with controlled Cost of Acquisition

- To ensure end to end process flow for cases sourced with support extended to all the departments involved.

- Adherence to the compliance norms as laid by the organisation and other regulatory bodies
