Head of Sales / Enrolment

We are looking for a Sales Lead. We see this as a strategic role. The perfect candidate should have some of the following criteria

1. Should be passionate about our mission and should believe in helping people uplevel in their careers

2. Should be a seasoned experienced Inside Sales leader

3. Should have built and managed an Inside Sales team

4. Should be able to hire and train Inside sales members

5. Should be a hands-on Inside Sales leader

6. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment

7. Should be comfortable working with CRM solutions

8. Strong Analytical capabilities and comfort with data and reports

9. Should have excellent verbal communication skills and should be able to speak to a US audience.

10. Past PnL or revenue management experience is a plus
