Reporting : Deputy CEO and Director of Sales and Business Development
Job responsibilities :
Strategy/ Planning & Performance Management
- Spearheading strategic initiatives for Sales Channel
- Partnering with Director Sales & Marketing in designing strategies for optimum utilization of resources and processes.
- Independently design, implement, track and monitor business & underline performance matrices via planning, execution and delivery
- Forecasting of business performance & identify the underlying resources to improve performance
- Provide insights to senior leadership in areas of competitor analysis,market intelligence and best practices
- Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the channel/zone & ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each cluster against identified targets
Project Management:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal resources and internal stake holders for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and withinbudget
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Report and escalate to management as & when required

Qualitative - New Initiatives, Driving quality aspects
Quantitative - Channel/Zone's profitability achievement and Channel/Zone's sales force productivity
