Managing the top line and bottom line of the assigned branch/territory. 2. Managing and leading the team at the branch and ensuring their productivity. 3. Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options. 4. Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the film making courses like Acting, Direction, and Cinematography. 5. Ensure to meet the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch. 6. Conducting Seminars/Workshops in colleges to meet admission targets. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Prior experience relevant years in education sales, counseling and student management preferably for film making courses. 2. Sales experience from non-education industry may be considered. Preferred Courses-Animation, Modelling, Photography, Fashion Designing. 3. Person should be in the Team Handling and Customer facing role. 4. Good problem solving skills. 5. Confident personality and good communication. Working days- 6 days (Roster Off) Candidate having experience in educ tech industry only apply!
