Job purpose :
Sales head are responsible for leads sales team to reach sales target. Sales head primary task with training team members and evaluating, adjusting performance, and developing process that drive Sales.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Over seeing a team of telesales, direct sales and data entry to ensure optimal client delivering and satisfaction
- Monitoring the conversion percentage.
- Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization s objectives.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements both for Sales Teams and Dealers
- Collaborating with the digital team to trying out conversion via different mediums to bring trying maximum profit
- Analyzing the lead delivery and increasing the lead quality for campaigns through data analysis
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meeting with the team to fix upon the plan and review the results.
- Team management and resources hiring and training
- Working closing with team (sales executive) for maximum the revenue
- Ability to create a detailed plan to achieve the revenue targets expected in the company
- Report to the OPH about monthly target

- Strong communication and negotiation skills and clear commitment and vision to lead his team
- Team management, strategy execution, strategy development, market intelligence, business growth
- Strong Leadership skills, experience managing larger teams
- Taking the full responsibility for decisions
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
