Head - Sales - EdTech (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :


- Own and drive the P&L for the business

- Design the GTM based on overall business strategy

- End-to-end responsibility for growing B2B and B2C revenue

- Accountable for the hiring and functioning of the sales and allied activities

- Drive and manage strong Corporate/University/ government partnerships for driving B2B revenue

- Fully accountable for meeting revenue targets

Qualification & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in sales/business development in the Internet/Ecommerce Industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role from a premier institute

- Experience in Ed-tech Industry

- High level of business acumen

- Excellent communication & people management skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Exposure to driving large PAN India team in B2C/B2B Sales, Digital Sales, and scaling up the business

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales in skills and certificate courses would be highly desired analytics
