Our client a leading name in the food manufacturing space with a legacy of over 40 years
- This is a senior management role, the client seeks an experienced individual who will lead, develop and manage the Ecommerce strategy
- You will develop and implement B2C online strategy, take ownership of and optimise the ecommerce P&L and reporting directly to CEO
- Identify product opportunities within the marketplace and liaise with buying team to drive the competitive strategy and pricing to maximise market share
- Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and the customer journey
- Devise and launch marketing campaigns for the site including branding and social media
- Constantly review best selling products and stock levels in order to make decisions on promotions, discounts and sales forecasts
- The incumbent will come with 10+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years working within ecommerce, Proven track record of building a successful ecommerce business in a leading digital environment
- Be highly commercial with a focus on achieving profitable sales growth through margin and budget management
- Experience of managing external agencies and/or partners (e.g. tech development, tech services, marketing, fulfilment outsource)
- The candidate should be entrepreneurial in nature and have a hunger to drive business growth
