Opening- Head Sales and Distribution - Investment Products

Location- Mumbai

Company - One of the leading financial services company

Role & Responsibilities:

- Driving a multi-location team spanning across sales & operations with the responsibility of managing the P&L for financial services product distribution network catering to Retail and HNI

- Responsible for revenue generation through up selling of investment products & cross sell of other financial products through branches, DST, call centers, business partners & group companies.

- Development of IFAs including National Distributors, Domestic & MNC Wealth Managers, Regional Distributors, Family Offices and Individual IFAs

- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, strategizing and achieving budget P&L, including top line & bottom line from investment products.

- Responsible for building & managing a team of Zonal/Regional Managers spread across the country.
