Designation: Sales and Marketing Head (China) Reporting to : Head of Asia (Sales and Marketing Head) Minimum Qualification: Any Minimum Work experience: At least 5 years in sales in Chinese domestic FMCG industry, additional FMCG experience anywhere else will be a plus. Mandatory Requirement: Currently working in China Key Accountabilities/KRAs: - Setting up distribution network in terms of width and depth. - Setting up strong sales team & sales Systems - Appointment of Importer, distributors. Skills/Experience required to perform the role: Essential: - Hard working - Aggressive - Have worked or working in China in rural & urban area for MNC's (e.g. Nestle or Unilever in China or any other Local Chinese FMCG player Soft Skills: - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to work in team and individual capacity - Strong leader - Can drive the sales team - Not shy to be in market in making relationship with customers. Industry Specific experience: At least 10 years in FMCG and Currently working in China (since last 3-5 yrs). Personal competencies: The Values - Speed & Efficiency - Hard working - Integrity. - Honest - Eagerness to grow professionally. Date Required from: February 2021 Location: China (Any City Preference) Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen/or anywhere in China) No. of reportee's 2 to 3 Appx Travel %: ( Domestic/ International) 60- 70% Any particular language skill. Essential : English and Mandarin (Chinese, Translator Will be provided). - Only Indians working in China since last 3-5 years are eligible to apply for this role- . Salary Range: US$ 60K- 72K Annual Net Salary+ Car with Driver+ Benefits+ Out of Pocket Expenses + Others Any other perks: Company rented house & once in a year return ticket to India. Bonus starts after one year.
