NOTE : Preferred candidate from Nutrition background.
Salary : Upto 40 lac p.a
Responsibilities :
- Building distribution & dealer network and managing distributors to ensure sales plan is achieved as per defined objectives
- Creating & implementing the coverage & distribution expansion plan based on market intelligence & inputs to deliver company objectives.
- Recruiting, motivating and driving the sales team with energy and enthusiasm
- Focus on building new solutions and creating growth opportunities in the market
- Conducting Retailer visits to enhance product visibility.
- Based on market visit, highlight the gaps in the market and develop action plans for sales team
- Design and implement schemes & offers distribution channel and consumers; budget management
- Devise and deliver analytics and data management for Pan India sales team
- Lead the Modern Trade team and develop plans to build and grow the business
- Build a hungry, nimble and Sales team across the country; Developing strong business relationships with customers
- Should have rich executional exposure in Sales & Distribution and excellent Commercial acumen
- Self-driven, with high level of commitment to achieve results. Ability to motivate and manage people
