Head - Sales - Diagnostics Sector - South/North/West Region (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for candidates to Head the sales for a Start Up company in the Diagnostics sector based in Chennai.
The Candidate can be based in Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai.
The candidate has to have experience in wound care section with good networking skills with Hospitals
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a regional business plan to attain sales revenue goals.
2. Develop the Sales Team to enhance performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
3. Provide clear performance expectations and constructive feedback and take appropriate action to manage the Sales team.
4. Develop and continuously improve relationships with key existing and potential customers.
5. Manage staffing levels to anticipate needs created by business expansion, market conditions, and staffing changes.
6. Effectively implement administrative procedures, company policies, and maintenance of company assets.
7. Spend at least 50% of the time in the field: coaching, developing, and holding accountable Sales Reps and staff to established competencies and expectations.
8. Deliver exceptional team results according to defined monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity measures; such as renewal rates and upsell quotas
9. Inspire and lead your team to success through regular feedback and training
10.Coach team members, and serve as an escalation point on challenging client interventions around contracts and price increases
11.Collect, analyze, and report data around the team, individual, and operational performance
12.Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and development of new Account Executives
13.Continuously improve upon processes and initiatives
14. Ensure team discipline around Sales team and opportunity management
