Head - Sales - Consumer Tech Firm (14-27 yrs)
Our client is a well-funded Consumer facing Tech firm and part of a large group. They have been in existence for a few years and are generating a decent revenue. They are now poised for their next round of funding.
The client is looking to hire a Sales Head for their organization in Mumbai.
This is a great opportunity to define & build a very large and disruptive B2C brand which wants to have a national footprint in the next couple of years with the ambition of going international thereafter.
As a Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the entire sales team and sales operations
- Driving sales and building out new sales channels to drive growth
- Drive Strategy, develop annual operating plans, developing channels and driving productivity
- Develop and drive sales plan for each geography
- Develop B2B Channel, Partnerships etc
The ideal fit would be a candidate with:
- An MBA from a reputed B-school
- 14+ years of experience
- Have experience of leading large sales organizations at National Levels
- Have experience in Luxury/Premium segment or in Real Estate, Holidays, Automotive, Wealth Products, FMCG, FCMD, Paints
- Experience in managing large teams, different geographies, Analyse & develop Team strengths
- Experience in working closely with and reporting to senior management
- Great communication skills
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai (Preferably) or Bangalore

- Budgets for this role is indicated to be at 90L to 1.3Cr
