Description - The role is to lead the sales & distribution and build the overall sales channels for the brands. The role would be build and lead the sales team and also be a part of the overall business strategy for the organization.

Our client is one of the fastest growing organizations in the food & beverages space with a line of exciting beverage products in cold pressed juices and beverages in other segments, targeting sales through multiple channels, General Trade, Modern Trade, QSRs, and in Horeca. They have built a strong presence in the Delhi/NCR market and are expanding to other markets in India.
Job Description
The role is based out of Delhi and would be responsible for:
- Devising the strategy for building and penetration across the multiple channels, Modern Trade, Horeca and General Trade for two brands
- Planning & implementation of all strategic initiatives related to business. Leading operations with full responsibility for the revenue growth
- Building relationships and partnerships with the retailers and distributors
- Being responsible for the overall sales growth and profitability numbers
- Working along with a young team and managing the overall sales & distribution
- Being part of the leadership group and contribute in the overall strategy for the brands
- Leading the overall sales team and guiding them with focus on building a strong sales team
- Experience of 5-8 years in sales relevant FMCG organizations
- Entrepreneurial approach and a strategic outlook to building businesses
- Deep understanding of the channel management and customer dynamics
- Focus on growth of the revenue and build sustainable distribution channels
