Principle Role &amp; Responsibility: - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. - Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by reviewing supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. - Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. - Identifying prospective clients from various sectors and generating business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets. - Evolving market segmentation &amp; penetration strategies to achieve targets. - Preparing sales budget &amp; ensuring to achieve the same. - Preparing marketing strategy to meet future business plans. - Mapping competitor's strategies &amp; making mitigation plan to meet annual targets. - Determines annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. - Attending and solving customer complaints timely to earn maximum customer satisfaction. - Communicating the team leaders about their team sales targets and ensuring that they are accomplished within the set time frame. - Effectively interfacing with people at all levels, managing a healthy work environment and inculcating bonded teamwork with high work ethics. - Hand on experience of dealer management. - Accountable for credit control &amp; meeting collection plans. - Should have exposure to specialty chemical sale. - Should have good exposure to International Sales &amp; marketing. Special Focus Area: 1. Commodity Selling &amp; good exposure of managing pricing fluctuations 2. Should be profitability driven approach. 3. Excellent Communication &amp; interpersonal Skills. 4. Must be a good team leader 5. Should have handled at sales at country level.
