Hiring for Sales Head (Advanced Intermediates) for one of our Speciality Chemical Manufacturing Client in Mumbai/ Delhi.
Role Summary:
Position Title: Sales Head (Advanced Intermediates)
Level: Open For discussion (Can be VP/ Sr. VP/ GM/ Sr. GM)
Location: Mumbai/ Delhi
Experience: 15+ Years of experience in selling of Advanced Intermediates or Raw Materials (Specialty Chemicals) to the Pharma API (Bulk Drug) Manufacturing companies in Pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling the Advanced Intermediates or Raw Materials (Specialty Chemicals) to the Pharma API (Bulk Drug) Manufacturing companies in Pharmaceutical sector.
- Having good hold in India/US/Europe/ Korea Market.
- Annually Sales Quota as above.
- Achieving Sales Volume & Revenue Goals by Business Development and Account management.
- Formulating strategies to identify unexplored markets/ customers/ segments for business expansion and diversification - including new products identification.
- Leverage industry contacts and increase the organizations visibility & acceptance in the market.
- Managing activities pertaining to preliminary negotiating deals (commercial) with the vendors/ suppliers/ global customers.
- Partnerships and alliances with focus on long term revenue growth.
- Maintain high level of compliance in accordance with the organizational standard and policies.
- Consistent evaluation of market conditions & trends and monitor competitors activity products, pricing, marketing techniques.
- Collecting information and intelligence by participating in trade shows, meetings with business executives and prospective partners.
- Define targets & allocate responsibilities to the team and monitor their performance against the agreed target.
