Head - Sales - Chanel Sales/Distribution - Fashion Apparel Retail Sector - IIM/MDI/ISB (10-20 yrs)
Our client is a growing MNC in Fashion Apparel Retail sector, having presence all over India with its Regional Offices, Branch Offices, Warehouses and Manufacturing facilities.
We are looking for a Seasoned Professional with Extensive working experience in - Chanel Sales-, - Distribution Handling- and - Dealer Development-, - Expending Dealer Network- .
Working Experience over 10Yrs (With Regular Top B Institute Passout) or graduate with 15Yrs+ Work experience.
Industries - Retail, FMCG, and Telecom
This is a National level role, so all the Regional / Zonal region based teams will report into this position. This is a very large people / team handling role. This is also a "P&L" role for candidate to perform.
Job Profile:
- Defines and directs the sales/ CHANEL strategy. Oversees the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders, and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.
- Helps his team to identify, develop and retain relationships with customers/ distributors via timely agenda settings, improving distribution processes and review. Develops and strengthens relationships with strategic and top customers.
- Assesses, develops and deploys network strategies for maximizing company reach and improving retail service levels.
- Delivers Brand, Channel & Distribution Outcomes in line with plans for the region.
- To demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy Vs. Budget.
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, and new product launch for the channel at PAN India.
- Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
- Responsible for delivering annual sales Turnover for Trade channel (Franchisee & Multi Brand Outlets) by managing Sales Operations & Marketing activities for Trade Channel for all products / categories / brands.
- Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
- Supervise all the channel managers, communicate goals and targets and help them devise strategies to achieve the goals.
- Responsible for Marketing and Sales through channels of discounts, promotions, schemes etc.
- Periodically review distributor performance and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share and build new collection to enhance the profitability.
- Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
