Head - Sales & Business - Engineering Services

One of our clients is looking for an innovative leader with the expertise of Engineering Services with a background in the area of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Development.

The client is an engineering services development arm of a major Indian Engineering Conglomerate which has interests in part of a major Industrial Steel, Industrial products and Sustainability projects.

Must have exposure in the area of design and engineering services to develop large scale projects in the areas of:

- Smart Cities

- Commercial and High-Rise buildings,

- Production Facilities,

- Data Centres,

- Health and Educational Constructions,

- Power & Energy,

- Transportation Hubs,

- Industrial and Distribution,

- Stadium and Leisure Centres under Infrastructure

THE ROLE:

- Sales and Business Head Role, carrying P&L responsibilities with knowledge and exposure in domain areas.

- Must possess the qualities of a Sales Leader, with good networking and client interface.

- Key responsibility will be to secure assignments from existing and new clients.

- Responsible for delivery of operations, design software, work on client site and deliver the projects within the stipulated timeline.

- Will be responsible for managing a team of Engineers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Should have 12-15 years of experience in Engineering Design with extensive sales experience.

- Should have a sound exposure in engineering services and solutions for large Construction and Infrastructure projects.

- Should have a strong understanding on Civil Engineering Enterprise solutions, Business information modelling, Plant/Process Engineering, BPM.

- Should have worked with various industry players pertaining to AEC's, EPC's, Contractors, OEM's, Tier1, Tier2 and Machine Builders from EMEA, UK, APAC, ANZ and United States.

- Exposure to Government process and Tendering would be an advantage.

- Must be an Engineering Graduate in Civil/Mechanical with Management Degree.

- Should have handled Delivery and Support Functions along with Business Development.
