Well established Real Estate Company, is looking for a Sales Head -cum - Business Development Head, at Pune. Those who meets the skill sets given hereunder, should only apply
Emoluments Rs.1.5 to 2 Lakh PM + Incentive performance based.
Skill Sets :
1) Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
2) Identify and develop business opportunities for the landscape services.
3) Works to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth.
4) Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
5) Work in a senior sales position within the company and work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.
6) Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
7) Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients future needs.
8) To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
9) Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
10) Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
11) Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance
12) Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
13) Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
