Role Brief:

The profile will be responsible for all aspects of business development & sales initiatives, B2B & B2C domains. The role will be accountable & responsible for developing the team, driving sales & marketing initiatives to create pipeline, pipeline conversion, enable sales success and increased brand awareness. The position will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, monitoring and communicating success and delivering ROI for all business development activities.

Job Description:

- Heading the sales function of the organization for international markets with P&L responsibility of the company

- Developing and delivering marketing campaigns to generate leads, maximize conversion rates and generate sales demand among prospects and within the customer base.

- Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting the impact of demand creation activities of sales pipeline and revenue

- Work closely with function/division heads, account managers and key members of the organization to develop and execute strategies to drive sales revenue, client satisfaction, and client referrals

- Team-oriented and drive team members results

- Demand creation, nurturing the leads and accelerate sales pipeline

- Suggest improvement of the sales process and implement where needed

- Ongoing and periodic reporting to the management

- Explore new business opportunities in the global market, develop strategies in consultation with management and implement the same

Desired Skills:

- Minimum of 12- 15 years of experience in international sales & marketing in KPO/BPO/IT sector.

- Possess excellent communication skills.

- Good exposure in outsourcing business is mandatory.

- Should have experience of leading large sales team.

- Experience in B2B and B2C services is required.

- Maturity to manage senior and diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in managing HR operations.

- Must be analytical and good in excel.

- Must be fine with Work timings as per Australian schedule, i.e. from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM - IST (Monday-Friday)
