Core skills for the role include: This role will require delivering offline (at center) targets of personal training and new additional streams. The owner will be required to set up, run and scale this channel with a focus on targets and margin delivery. - Delivery will be through a combination of dedicated sales members as well as existing operations manpower at centers. Key metrics the owner is responsible for include: - At center PT sales and contribution - Conversion & lead generation - Additional at center revenue streams - Product margin - Target delivery mindset - High quality sales execution incl. delivering targets from ground team. - Data backed decision making. - Motivated and passionate - Insights generation from on ground intel and engagement - Team management - Bias for action - Looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience including field sales roles in start-ups/telecom/FMCG companies, preference for having seen rapid scale.
