Head - Sales & Business Development - Co-Living & Student Housing (15-20 yrs)
Our client is one of the largest real estate consulting firms in the world.
They are looking for a senior Business Development profile who can lead their co-living and student housing Business pan India, which will essentially span across Capital Markets, Project Management and Consulting.
We typically need someone who has a sales/ BD background in similar space.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end to end business development - ensuring meeting room signing and live targets for the business
- Responsible for P&L and market share driven growth decision
- Building and leading the business development team through efficient performance management systems
- Undertaking training and mentoring the team to deliver the best results
Experience :
- 15+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Strong business acumen in a must
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships
- Demonstrates high ethical value
